I am an experienced and creative administrator who has been in public service for 20+ years in Wyoming, Nevada and Colorado.
I am a skilled instructor and teacher having created and taught courses in Management, Public Policy and Outdoor Recreation and Tourism.
I have worked in the Public Safety sector as a Law Enforcement Officer, EMT and Search and Rescue Technician.
Having been in Executive level management for 10+ years I have been able to positively impact the state of Wyoming and many Outdoor Recreation topics at the national level, like LWCF.
I have served as the President for the National Association of State Park Director, and have been on numerous other boards, commissions and advisory councils.
I have developed and implemented numerous plans during my tenure, including agency wide strategic plans and statewide task force recommendations.
I have been lucky enough to work with the University of Wyoming and LCCC to develop and teach courses in public policy, management, outdoor recreation and tourism.
